The consultants will facilitate the discussion
of the planning session topics and will then
consolidate and summarize the discussions
and findings. Following the conclusion of
the session, encore will deliver a report describing and documenting
the session. This document will describe
the strategic and tactical issues that were
discussed and set forth an action plan for
taking the next steps toward your e-commerce
goals.
